Ingredients :
1 cup unsalted buttermilk
1 cup water
1 cup semolina
2 tsp chilli paste
salt to taste
Tadka to put in the batter
Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
4-5 curry leaves

Ingredients :
1 cup unsalted buttermilk
1 cup water
1 cup semolina
2 tsp chilli paste
salt to taste
Tadka to put in the batter
Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
4-5 curry leaves
Procedure
- Mix unsalted buttermilk , water , semolina , chilli paste and salt to taste.
- Keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes
- Then prepare tadka by mixing all the tadka ingredients listed above and add in the batter
- Let the pan heat nicely then sprinkle water
- Bring down the flame to low and spread dosa batter
- Spread oil and let it cook for 5 minutes and flip the dosa
- Cook dosa for 2 minutes and serve hot
