COFFEE CHOCOLATE FREAKSHAKE AND ROSE FREAKSHAKE- Episode 4



Hello friends welcome to final episode of summer special Tuesday , today we will see how to make chilled cold freakshake to beat the summer heat at home without having to go to the cafe to relish them.We will learn how to prepare coffee chocolate freakshake and rose freakshake at home only on Foodandfun.

Let’s get started with first coffee chocolate freakshake , 
Ingrediets

1 TBSP coffee
1 cup cold chilled milk
2 scoops/1 big cup of vanilla ice cream and 1 scoop for add on
1 TBSP powdered sugar (or as required)
1 TBSP chocolate syrup /melted dark chocolate

Garnishing
Chocolate cake 
Chocolate bar
Salted potato chips
Whipping cream
Coffee powder to drizzle
Melted chocolate and chocolate shavings

Procedure:
  1. Mix all the ingredients as listed above in blender and blend it well.Blend it till its frothy.
  2. Now decorate your jar with melted chocolate syrup and pour in the coffee chocolate freakshake, 
  3. Add in more vanilla ice cream and pipe in the whipping cream (it is optional)
  4. Add chocolate cake pieces , decorate with coffee powder and chocolate shavings , to give a balance taste add salted chips and finally drizzle with melted chocolate on top , 

Coffee chocolate freakshake is ready !!!



Now let’s prepare rose freakshake,


Ingredients
1 TBSP rose syrup
1 cup cold chilled milk
2 scoops/1 big cup of vanilla ice cream and 1 scoop for add on

Garnish
Whipping cream (optional)
1 tsp rose syrup
Rose petals (optional)

Procedure
  1. In a mixer grinder add rose syrup, vanilla ice cream and chilled cold milk (don’t add too much of rose syrup as it will spoil the taste also) no sugar required. Blend till frothy and mixed well.
  2. Pour in the rose shake in decorated glass , add vanilla ice cream and pipe n whipping cream (it is optional) 
  3. Drizzle rose syrup and add salted potato chips for extra flavor, garnish with rose petals and enjoy this delicious soothing Rose freakshake.

Homemade ice-cream | 2 ingredients(no machine) | MANGO and GUAVA CHILLI- Episode 3





Hi Friends , welcome to third episode of summer special Tuesdays , in this episode we will learn how to make natural fruit ice cream at home , MANGO ice cream and GUAVA CHILLI ice cream , both are really in an exotic flavors , so lets get started. Check out the video link for he recipe



If you have subscribed to my channel then you know how to prepare ice cream base which I had shown in last video and made  delicious flavor out of it i.e. red velvet ,  chocolate and Oreo and if you haven’t watched , then check the link below for ice cream base recipe.



So lets get started preparing the delicious mango ice-cream. 




Ingredients:
  1. 2 cups Ice-cream base
  2. 1 and 1/2 cup Mango pulp or 1 big mango


Method:

  1. First cut the alphonso mango into pieces , 
  2. Now take out all the pulp from seed using hands and then cut all the mango cubed pulp into it. 
  3. Once cutting mix the mango pup to get smooth mixture but don’t over mix and keep few pieces unmashed.
  4. Now take the ice cream base and add the mango pulp. Mix it well.
  5. Delicious natural mango ice cream is ready , add mango cubes for more flavor , refrigerate it for 4-5 hours or better overnight and enjoy this ice-cream this summer.


Now lets head on to make guava chilli ice cream



Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Ice cream base
  2. 1 cup Guava pulp/ 2 guavas
  3. 1tsp black salt
  4. 1tsp red chilli powder

Method:

  1. Take ripe guavas , make sure you get riped.
  2. Scoop out the seeds nicely and then cut the sides and cut in small pieces . 
  3. Make sure all the seeds are removed.
  4.  Now using blender , blend the guava pieces into paste , you don’t have to peel off the skin here , but if you aren’t comfy you can roughly chop the skin but ensure you get the pulp.
  5.  In a bowl , take ice cream base , to this add guava mixture and mix it well. 
  6. Add chopped guava , black salt and chilli powder 
  7. After mixing it well remove it in a container and add more guava pieces , sprinkle black salt and chilli powder and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours or better overnight and enjoy this amazing natural ice creams this summer.

Homemade ice-cream | 2 ingredients(no machine) | Redvelvet | Chocolate | Oreo- Summer special episode 2






Welcome to episode 2 of Summer Special Tuesdays , this week lets beat the heat by preparing delicious rich homemade ice cream using just 2 ingredients and without using the ice-cream machine , customized to our liking. So lets prepare from scratch red velvet ice cream, classic chocolate ice cream and Oreo ice cream only on Foodandfun.

First let’s get started preparing ice cream base using just 2 ingredients and hand mixer. 


Ingredients
  • 2 cups cold whipping cream, sweetened. If using unsweetned add icing sugar - 1 cup
  • 1 cup cold sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular)

  1. Beat cold whipping cream on medium using hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until soft peaks form.
  2. Pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream.
  3. Now, turn the speed back up high again and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks

Red Velvet ice cream

Ingredients
  1. Mix red velvet cake and ice cream base 
  2. Place in a container and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before eating. Keep for up to 2 weeks in airtight container.

Chocolate ice cream


Ingredients
  • Dark melted chocolate
  • Ice cream base
  1. Mix dark melted chocolate and ice cream base.
  2. Add chocolate shavings 
  3. Place in a container and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before eating. Keep for up to 2 weeks in airtight container.

Oreo ice cream


Ingredients
  • Oreo chocolate flavored cookies
  • Ice cream base
  1. Mix oreo crushed in mixer and ice cream base 
  2. Place in a container and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before eating. Keep for up to 2 weeks in airtight container

How to keep hydrated this summer with Refreshing Drinks or Juices | Watermelon | Lemon | Kokam | -Summer Special Episode 1







It's summer and its very important to keep one hydrated. So how about making this delicious refreshing drinks such as watermelon , lemon and kokam juice this summer only on Foodandfun.

For watermelon
Put watermelon slices in mixer and then pass the juice thru seive. Add ice and serve watermelon juice chilled. Serve with watermelon slices and garnish with mint.

If required you can ad sugar and salt.



For Lemon Juice
In a glass , add lemon juice 2 TBSP , 1 TBSP powdered sugar , 1TSP blacksalt , few crushed mint leaves and mix it well.

Add ice and serve chilled.



For Kokam


  • Take 1/2 cup kokam and add water , keep it aside for an hour.
  • Kokam should be deseeded.
  • Then put kokam in mixer and blend it in paste.
  • Place a pan over medium flame and add koma paste to it
  • Add 1 Cup water
  • Once the mixture comes to boil , turn off the flame and pass the mixture thrrough seive.
  • Let it cool
  • Now add sugar and black salt as per tatse. You can add sugar free instead of sugar for healthy juice.
  • Add chilled ice in a glass and chilled water 1 cup.


Kokam juice /sharbat is ready!!!!
