Cakeology, brings together cake artists from around the world to equip you with all the skills you need to go from home baker to pro baker. "The country's cake decorating industry has been witnessing drastic changes in the past few years. Home baking is a serious business now," says Farzana Gandhi, project and brand building consultant, Cakeology.

How to make Eggless walnut banana bread | Banana Cake recipe | बिना अंडे केले का केक

Hi friends today we will learn how to prepare  banana walnut cake/bread. For the video recipe click on youtube channel link below:

Ingredients
3 riped bananas
3/4 th cup all purpose flour
3/4th cup wheat flour
1/2 cup powdereed sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of salt
handful of walnuts
1 tsp vanilla essence

Procedure

  1. First peel the banana skin and then cut them i small pieces , i have take over here 3 banana's which are fully ripe but not over ripe.
  2. Mash the banana with fork and then using a hand whisk or electric whisk mix it well. Do not over blend.
  3.  To this banana mixture add wheat flour , all purpose flour and sugar. (I personally like this cake semi sweet so i have reduced the sweet quantity) , if you prefer sweet then you may add more.
  4. Now mix it well using fork and then add oil , cinnamon , salt and baking soda ad baking powder. Mix it well.
  5. Then use whisk to incorporate it well , do not over blend. Then add vanilla essence and mix it using fork and finally add chopped walnut to it. do not add excess walnut as it might give a bitter taste.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180 degree cel.
  7. Now lets grease the tin , add oil and dust it nicely with all purpose flour , as i want to prepare this as bundt cake i am using glass to get the desired shape, grease it same as tin and place it in center .
  8. Place a heavy object in the glass to make it stay in center and spread the batter.
  9. Do not worry about it sticking to glass. Just spread it well and even out with the spoon.
  10. Now remove the heavy object placed and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degree cel.
  11. Now to cut it , let it cool completely , using knife score out the corners and then flip it over the plate.Cut a slice and enjoy.

Its really a delicious moist cake which fills entire house with amazing aroma , our banana walnut cake is done.
